Fuse Lounge Cafe

Not your typical hotel restaurant, Fuse Lounge Cafe reflects the hotel's edgy ambience with trendy design elements and accented with bright, vivid colors. The restaurant/bar is roomy and open with bamboo flooring, stacked stone fireplace and columns, comfortable, over-sized chairs, a sleek mahogany bar, two large flat screen TVs and walls of windows with views of the pool and gardens. Our guests are treated to mixologist John Luce’s specialty cocktails as well as small plate appetizers and signature entrees courtesy of Executive Chef Don Rentfrow.

"Our focus is to provide great value in a relaxed, social atmosphere, where guests can unwind and enjoy. We believe Fuse offers a sophisticated yet casual alternative for Monterey Peninsula visitors and residents. Breakfast and dinner are served daily with happy hour from 4-7pm Monday thru Sunday.
