PVI Hotel Group collects email addresses for the purpose of offering special promotions, discounts, packages and events on behalf of our 8 hotel properties. We plan to send out a newsletter once a month, and promotional emails once or twice a month. Business contacts (meeting planners, travel agents, etc.) may receive additional emails from us targeted to their specific interests.
The information that we require when you sign up for our newsletter includes your name, email address and your choice whether to receive information about all of our properties, or just the property on whose website you access the form. The optional information includes your postal code, phone number and birthday. The information you provide will be used to email you appropriately targeted information and promotions from our property or hotel group, and to personalize such emails.
