Carmel Mission, CA

Carmel Mission Parish

Carmel Mission has been a part of the Carmel Community since 1771 and has continued to offer a beautiful and historical place to take part in worship, celebration, and education. Carmel Mission is an active parish and hosts weekly mass, a variety of various ministeries, tours, weddings, community events, and even its own Elementary School. One of the most unique things about Carmel Mission is just how incredibly active it is in the community. The mission under the direction of Reverend John C. Griffin, frequnetly hosts community festivals, parties, and even music concerts. The “progressive” nature of the mission moves people to contribute funds and to look out for the well being of the Mission in their Carmel community.
