Throughout Our Property
- No single-use plastic water bottles on property – only aluminum water bottles with filtered water refill stations located in each building
- Renewable Energy – Carmel Mission Inn’s electricity usage is 100% renewable through the purchasing of Renewable Energy Credits (RECs), which finance the generation of electricity through a renewable energy source (in our case, wind or solar) and its addition to the electrical grid. Enough RECs have been purchased to cover the property’s anticipated annual MWh usage. All RECs are Green-e Energy certified.
